7 years’ experience as a Community Occupational Therapist at Essex Partnership University Trust, undertaking comprehensive assessments of individuals with short and long-term health and social care needs and making recommendations regarding the most appropriate aids and adaptations to meet their needs. This role included the assessment of individuals with palliative and end of life care needs.
7 years’ experience as an Occupational therapist at North-East London Foundation Trust managing the assessment and rehabilitation of adults with a variety of conditions following hospital discharge, including fracture, stroke and traumatic brain injury.
2 years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist in post-surgical discharge planning, specialising in amputee care.

During my career as an Occupational Therapist, I have gained skills and experience in a wide range of fields. This has enabled me to comprehensively assess and make recommendations regarding the needs of individuals with a wide variety of medical conditions.

My effective communication skills further enhance my assessment skills and the depth of my experience enables me to confidently explain my recommendations.
