Tessa Gough Associates’ story starts with care. It begins in 1987 with highly experienced nurse Tessa Gough - the expert who gave us our name, and who founded the company with the mission of ensuring care at every level.
We have built on those foundations over the last 30+ years, bringing in expertise from across our sector to build a nationwide network of expert witnesses. In 2020, we became part of the handl Group.

A highly respected expert witness with a background in brain injury, cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury, Tessa’s previous career focused on providing care for people who have sustained a catastrophic injury.
