- Monika is an experienced Registered Nurse and Specialist Practitioner with more than three decades of nursing experience. She has extensive skills in areas including pre- and post-operative care, critical care and intensive care, orthopaedics, plastic surgery, general surgery, urology in additional community nursing where she performed advanced clinical practice for individual with acute and chronic conditions.
- Monika has developed and progressed in her career and held senior roles where she has been responsible for the oversight and leadership of other nurses; been responsible for all clinical governance matters including nursing proficiency, complaint handling, incident investigation and clinical audit.
- As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Monika is autonomous in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of conditions on both adults and children.
I have spent more than 30 years working as a nurse and I am incredibly proud of my profession. I work hard and am committed to providing high quality, evidenced based nursing care to individuals and do so in a holistic manner.
I have worked both in the United Kingdom and overseas as a registered nurse and I am flexible and adaptive to change.
When I am not at work, I enjoy travelling and Motor Crossing with my teenage son. I like an adventure and am always keen to try new things.
